  • If an order is successfully cancelled, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If the product is damaged or defective, customers must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A full refund or replacement will be provided for damaged/defective items (subject to verification).
  1. Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Items sold under special promotions or discounts.

Donations or contributions made to the association (non-refundable by nature).

We currently ship orders within India. For international delivery, please contact our support team before placing an order.

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the order date.

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (extra charges apply)
