CGMMA – Official Details Regarding Workers System, Confirmation, and Training
The following procedures and rules apply for participation under the Workers System of Claassic Gold Model Multi Association (CGMMA)—
- Workers System (ID) and Confirmation Process
To gain an understanding of CGMMA’s Workers System, verify one’s qualifications, and build confidence, an opportunity is provided to participate in the Workers System ID & Confirmation Test.
To participate in this test— for individuals who wish to avail of CGMMA coaching, the duration is 5 days. (Coaching charge: 2500 Taka, Test charge: 500 Taka)
Total Workers System Processing Charge: 3,000 Taka. This amount must be deposited only into CGMMA’s official account. This processing charge is non-refundable; the payment should be made with full awareness.
After depositing the processing charge, the candidate will get the opportunity to participate in the test.
- Work Selection and Type of Work After Confirmation
After the Workers System confirmation is completed—
The candidate will select work according to their qualifications and abilities.
Through the Workers System ID, the candidate
can be employed in a part-time agency pattern work method
or can receive necessary training and take up work as a permanent full-time employee.
Joining the relevant workplace must be done according to CGMMA’s prescribed rules.
- Recruitment Method (For Trained and Non-Trained Candidates)
According to CGMMA’s recruitment policy—
Both Trained and Non-Trained candidates are initially given a 6-month Training Offer Letter.
During this time, the candidate has to undergo On-Duty Practice and Training.
After successfully completing 6 months, a permanent employee appointment letter is provided.
- CGMMA’s On-Duty Practice and Training Subjects.
The following subjects are included for on-duty practice and training under CGMMA, undertaken at one’s own initiative and expense.
After completing the training, the trainee can be employed at their own initiative or in the organization’s workplace. Training Subjects and Costs:
- Workshop Practice and Training (On-Duty Practice and Training)
SUBJECT: Health and General Management Service–Related Training – According to the CGMMA Subject Training Syllabus.
Duration: 6 months
Cost: 12,000 Taka
Note: This training is conducted by Classic Model Multi-Association (MCA-registered, Section 8 Company).
This is a Non-Government training program.
No medical services, job guarantee, or license are provided here.
Upon successful completion of the 6 (six) months of training, a company performance training certificate will be issued.
- ANM (Nursing) – UPCOMING
Duration: 2 years
Cost: 50,000 Taka
- GNM (Nursing) – UPCOMING
Duration: 3 years
Cost: 3,00,000 Taka
- Stipend and Incentive Benefits
During the practice and training period—there is a provision for providing incentive benefits according to the Entrance Pattern Stipend work system based on attendance.
Conclusion
All the above-mentioned workers’ system, training, and recruitment activities are conducted according to the policies and rules set by Claassic Gold Model Multi Association (CGMMA).
Declaration by CGMMA:
Fees are collected only for the training program, meant for training delivery, study materials, and administrative expenses.
Candidates may be engaged based on eligibility and performance.
No fee is charged for recruitment or engagement of work.
Therefore, no person is required to pay any money for work, and no claim or demand can be made regarding this.
